Match report The team that played against us was made up of mainly under tens so I guess we should not get too excited, but we still played well. I have never seen so many injuries in a cricket match so I guess there was no love lost on and off the pitch. I was involved in a decision dispute with one of their parents, which prompts me to ask any of the parents to please refrain from getting involved with the decisions made. I know we are mostly innocent but still, let us keep it that way. There was slight unruliness from the players and flared up tempers which was dealt with on the day by Gill. Encourage each other even if the going is tough and leave the sledging for the Australians. From my end of the pitch I thought that Henry Quinn displayed some fantastic swing bowling. Nicholas and Jamie batted really well at the end. Fine display of how to dominate the bowling. Shot of the day to me was by Annie. Well done with that first cover drive that went for four -like a bullet! Well done with the parents that helped out as well. We do appreciate it.
