We batted first- disastrously! Infant it was the worst performance I’ve ever seen from the all the boys. It only took Holmer 8 overs to bowl us all out, for 24 runs! Ollie Tebbs and Robert Frank were the only two who protected their wicket and attempted to play with a straight bat and choose their shots. Ollie Tebbs making 10 runs.

We then bowled and Ben and Isaac were on fire. Isaac- 3 overs, 3 maidens, 4 wickets!!! Ben 3 overs, 2 maidens, 4 runs, 2 wickets. Homer were 7 wickets for 2 runs at one point.

In the end we didn’t have enough runs on the board to defend. So had a heavy defeat. Poor running between the wicket but main issue is clearly not enough time with bat in hand!
