The 2017 season is almost upon us, and it is time to renew memberships at The Lee.
This year we have simplified our membership structure slightly, and are introducing a new secure online payment system that is operated through our website.
The new membership structure is:
Payment can be made through the 'My Payments' section on the club website. This uses the secure 'GoCardless' payments service to direct debit from your bank account. You will be informed by email before any amount is debited this takes upto 5 working days after you have processed your payment via our website.

If you are renewing membership from last year, there is no need to fill in a form - just go onto the website and click on the ‘My Profile’ and then 'My Payments' section, set up your details and then just select the appropriate payment category.
Once you have made your payment, please email our new membership secretary, York Woodford-Smith at email@example.com, to confirm that you have done so, and if you have paid for multiple players, the names of all those you have paid for.
Note that in the My Profile section you can also update your email, phone and address details, and even add a picture of yourself if you like and don’t forget to mark your availability for the year. If you enter dates when you are definitely not available due to holidays etc., it will make the selection process much easier for the captains.

Hopefully, this new process will simplify and speed up the renewal process for everyone.
