Hi everyone,
The 2019 cricket season is fast approaching, and to help get things ready we will be holding our annual working party this coming Sunday 7th April, from 11am onwards.
There are lots of jobs to be done, including painting the main room in the clubhouse, laying some new bits of carpet, and if the weather is kind to us we will be trimming hedges and clearing the overgrown areas around the edges of the ground.
Please come appropriately dressed and with any tools you think may be useful (especially petrol strimmers / hedge cutters).
Don't worry if you can't make it all day, any time you can spare will be very welcome. If you are coming for the day, don't forget to bring some lunch. If anybody wants to bring some cakes to share, that would be brilliant!
