Match report Wow! What a close game that was, losing by by just two runs.

As a team, we performed well and took handfuls of wickets. Freddie, Oscar, Max, Ty, Toby, Xan and William all took wickets- with a star performance from Jasper who took two astonishing wickets in a spell of deadly bowling!!! Jasper was proudly watched by his whole family, including his Granddad, who is a HUGE cricket fan!!!

Our batting was just as promising, even though we had a huge 94 runs to catch.

Ty got our most runs on 16 and myself, Max and William all coming next on 7 runs. I am proud of how we performed because the success was shared between the team and we all contributed something towards the game.

Unfortunately, it really did come down to the final few balls, losing due to all of us getting out.
