Match report After the last rainy game, the weather was much better this time, and we enjoyed a sunbathe on the pitch.
 
The opposition won the toss and decided to bat first. Alex opened the bowling and got a wicket. Then Freddie Hastings did his usual amazing bowling, combing pace with swing and was rewarded with a wicket. Seb and Max both got LBWs. Freddie Beckford bowled a ball and then caught it!
 
Out in the field, Katie came close to making a couple of one-handed catches, but the sun made it hard to see the ball. Maanav then made a great catch of a ball going for six, but unfortunately, his leg went over the boundary, so it counted as a foul catch and four runs - bad luck Maanav! William was another star fielder coming in to replace Reece, who got injured.
 
Freddie Beckford opened our batting, and he retired. Then we had Reece, Ty, Seb, Katie, Freddie, Myself, Maanav, Ben, Alex and Max all batted well. Although our game ended with defeat, team spirit was high. We may not have won, but we definitely had fun!
