Match report An exhilarating victory, certainly the best all round team performance I've seen in the 6 years I've been involved with this team. Lost the toss but strangely they put us into bat and Max and Tom took full advantage racing off at 9 an over. When Max was out Charlie kept up the pace of the innings, yet another 50 from Tom Line and a late flurry from Sam Mudie and we posted a formidable total of 133-4. Credit to Beaconsfield for going after the score with purpose, they were almost on the required run rate but a regular fall of wickets helped The Lee keep the pressure on. Everyone bowled really well but the most pleasing thing was the wonderful fielding, the highlights of which was two stunning catches from Will Gibson and a run out by Will Arnold with a direct hit from the mid wicket boundary. Brilliant and a great team spirit throughout.
